Well I must say that this is the best blu ray player I have ever had let a lone the only 3D blu ray player I have. Once downfall I had was that since this is such a new technology that is available on the market there will be some bugs that have not been fully taken care of. I purchased this item from best buy as a package deal with the 3D HDTV and the 3D glasses starter kit. When I got home the 3D blu ray player did not work right out of the box. Well, let me re phrase that, the blu ray player did work but it didn't read any discs. I called samsung and they told me to do a hard reset and that did not solve the problem. The next thing they told me to do was to download the firmware update. Well, that did not solve the problem either. So they told me to mail it in, I just bought it and did not have it longer then 3hrs so I called best buy and they had me bring it in and swap it for another one in the store for free. The 2nd one I got worked perfectly so just know that there are some bugs still in the system. But that is expected with new technology. Other the this, the picture quality is superb.
